Must Read

Over the past few years, law enforcement has experienced an unbelievable amount of hatred. Despite this, young people have enlisted to serve their communities. In California, a group of fresh recruits recently needed hospitalization following what the police suspect was an intended assault.

On November 16, a car crashed into a group of 75 recruits from the STARS Center Academy who was out for a run. Twenty-five trainees were hurt, with injuries ranging from minor to critical. Sheriff of LA County Alex Villanueva, according to KTLA, claimed there is evidence that the accident was “a planned act.” After the collision, the driver’s foot, according to a witness, was still on the accelerator. She claimed that emergency personnel could detain and remove him from the vehicle when emergency personnel arrived.

Nicholas Joseph Gutierrez, the driver, was detained by the sheriff’s office for attempting to kill a peace officer. After the collision, the 22-year-old passed a field sobriety test, but authorities discovered marijuana in the vehicle. Security footage allegedly captured his automobile swerving in the crowd’s direction and into the opposing lanes of traffic.

ABC News said. Due to the abundance of bodies on the ground, Villanueva claimed that the wreckage resembled an airplane accident. Fortunately, firefighters arrived quickly because the accident happened next to a fire station.
