Dr. Oz Rushes To Help Woman Who Collapsed at His Rally

After frequently appearing on Oprah Winfrey’s television program, Dr. Mehmet Oz became well-known. The former cardiothoracic surgeon is now running for US Senate in Pennsylvania, but his medical background grabbed center stage at a recent event.

Oz held a campaign rally in Bucks County on September 10. A woman fainted nearby while backstage. According to event reporters, the doctor raced to his supporter’s rescue, hopping over a rail to reach her. Photos from the scene show him standing over the woman, attempting to assist her.

Medics at a @DrOz event wheeled out a woman who appeared to collapse near the stage. Oz rushed in from backstage and stayed with her until the stretcher came.

Later, a campaign representative for Oz claimed that while they were waiting for the paramedics, he evaluated the woman. She was awake and aware, while emergency personnel removed her from the gathering.

Dr. Oz has assisted someone who was having a medical emergency previously as well. A man passed out in the 2021 incident at Newark Liberty International Airport’s baggage claim area. According to reports, the man was bleeding from his head and foaming his mouth. He wasn’t breathing, and the physician told Robin Roberts of “Good Morning America” that he couldn’t locate a pulse. He assisted law officers in performing CPR on the victim, who eventually became stable and was taken to the hospital.
